This website and the PhotoBook product in development are operated by DIGITAL NEST VENTURES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED, a company registered in Pakistan. In this policy, “PhotoBook,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to that company and the coming-soon product.

2. Scope and current product status
This policy applies to the public PhotoBook coming-soon website. PhotoBook has not launched. The website currently does not offer user registration, user accounts, Instagram authorization, photo importing, automated book generation, downloads, payments, subscriptions or print ordering.
3. Information we collect
Information you choose to send
If you email us, we receive the information contained in your message, such as your email address, name if provided, message content, attachments, and related correspondence. Please do not send passwords, Instagram credentials, payment details or other sensitive authentication information.
Technical information
Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver, secure and diagnose the site. This may include an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referring page and basic error or security logs. The exact logs available depend on the hosting provider selected for publication.
Analytics
We have not intentionally added a visitor analytics or advertising service to this website. If analytics are introduced, this policy and any applicable consent controls will be updated to identify the service and explain the information involved.
4. How information is used
Information from support or contact emails may be used to respond to the request, understand interest or feedback, maintain an appropriate record of communications, protect the website, and comply with legal obligations. Technical logs may be used by us or the hosting provider to deliver the site, diagnose failures, prevent abuse and maintain security.
We do not use information from this website to generate photo books, because that functionality is not available.

The final deployment should be reviewed before publication so this section can be updated with the actual provider and cookie behavior.

Such a provider may process technical data on our behalf to serve and protect the site. Email is handled through our email service provider when you contact us. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

7. Future Instagram integration
PhotoBook is intended to allow a user, in the future, to connect an eligible Instagram Professional account, authorize requested access, select photos and create a personalized digital photo book. That integration is not active, and we do not claim that Meta or Instagram has approved, endorsed or partnered with PhotoBook.
Before Instagram access is enabled, this policy will be revised to describe the permissions requested, data received, purposes of processing, storage locations, retention periods, sharing, deletion methods and user controls. Users will be shown the updated information before the new processing begins.
8. Security
We aim to use reasonable measures appropriate to the limited information processed by the current website. No website, email system or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim certifications or security controls that have not been implemented.
9. Retention
Support and contact correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed to answer requests, maintain necessary business or legal records, resolve disputes, or protect the website. Technical logs are generally retained according to the settings and practices of the selected hosting provider. Specific retention periods should be confirmed when hosting is finalized. Information may be kept longer where required by applicable law or a legitimate legal hold.

To make a privacy or deletion request, email affanxnaveed@gmail.com and explain the request. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify that the request relates to you. There are currently no PhotoBook user accounts or Instagram-derived PhotoBook data to delete.
11. Children’s privacy
The current website is a general-audience coming-soon information site and is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us, please contact us so the matter can be reviewed.
12. International processing
The operator is registered in Pakistan. Website hosting and email providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable, information may therefore be processed under laws that differ from those in your location.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website, hosting arrangements, legal requirements or product change. The date above will be revised when changes are published. A materially expanded policy will be published before user accounts, Instagram integration or photo processing is launched.
